Returns

  • You may return any items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
  • To start the return process, please contact our customer support team at info@vivaglow.site. We will guide you through the return steps and issue a return shipping label.
  • The cost of return shipping will be covered by you unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping, in which case we will cover the shipping fees.

Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • If the returned item does not meet the return policy criteria (e.g., is used, damaged, or missing parts), we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer a partial refund.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or model, please contact our customer support team. We will help facilitate the exchange, and in most cases, we will cover the cost of the exchange shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a free return and replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference. Please retain all packaging and photos of the damaged product as we may request them for processing the return.
